Ultra-thin whitetopping overlay with steel fiber reinforced concrete

This work shall consist of milling the specified depth of existing asphalt concrete pavement and replacement with an ultra thin whitetopping (UTW) pavement overlay composed of steel fiber reinforced concrete in accordance with these specifications. The new pavement shall be in reasonable close conformity with lines, grades, thickness and typical sections shown in the plans or established by the Engineer.
